Event Hire Melbourne


A 20% deposit is required upon booking to secure order. This is a non-refundable amount and will be deducted from the total amount. Bookings cannot be confirmed until payment is received.


The balance of a booking must be paid in full 3 days prior to booking, unless items are being picked up, which then it is required in full at the time of collection.


Customers must provide 14 DAYS written notice prior to any cancellations. If cancellations are made after this time, customers will be required to pay a further 30% of booking total. Adjustments can be made to orders up until 7 days prior to event; however, booking total cannot drop below 50% of original order secured.


Payment options include bank deposit, internet transfer or cash.


All pick up orders require customers to present photo ID upon collecting goods. Only the person who presents their ID at the time will be able to have the goods released to them.


Bella Planning & Events staff have the right to refuse the setup of products if an area is considered dangerous or hazardous. In turn, if suitable area cannot be located, products will be returned to Bella Planning & Events, and customer will lose deposit.


Customers are responsible for all products hired by Bella Planning & Events, from the time they attain them to the time they are returned to their owner. Any products that are damaged, broken or lost during the time of hire will be the responsibility of the customer, including the cost to replace or repair products. Customers are to ensure all products by Bella Planning & Events are used correctly and responsibly, failure to do some may incur a charge.


All products are to be returned to Bella Planning & Events by the time agreed to by both parties. If failure to do so, customers will incur a fee based on the total amount of goods hired.


All products are to be returned to Bella Planning & Events in the same condition they are presented. If products require extra cleaning once products have been returned, customers will incur a charge.


All goods are to be inspected thoroughly upon delivery/collection for any faults. By accepting the goods you are responsible for the maintenance of them and to ensure that they are returned to Bella Planning & Events in the same condition they were obtained.
